Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Sygnals collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sygnals is operated by TRA ("Sygnals", "we"). Questions: hello@sygnals.com.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your name, work email, workspace and billing details.
- Public LinkedIn engagement signals — who reacted to, commented on, viewed or followed the profiles and posts you choose to monitor. We capture only public professional data (name, headline, title, company) and engagement events.
- Usage data — product analytics and logs to operate and improve the service.
We do not scrape private data, and we never store your LinkedIn password or browser cookies. LENS and WAVE signals run through your own LinkedIn account connected via Unipile; public-profile signals use public URLs.
2. How we use it
To capture engagement, score buying intent (0–100), enrich public professional data, and deliver qualified leads to the destinations you configure (Clay, webhooks, CSV, API). We use account and usage data to run billing, support, and product improvement.
3. Sub-processors
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Unipile (LinkedIn connection), Apify (public post/engagement collection), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (storage/CDN), Stripe (billing), OpenAI (job-title classification), and Resend (email). We do not sell your data.
4. Retention & deletion
You control the leads you capture. When you delete a workspace, its data is permanently removed after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via hello@sygnals.com.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and Brazil's LGPD you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; integration tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and outbound webhooks are HMAC-signed and HTTPS-only.
