Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Sygnals. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Sygnals monitors public LinkedIn engagement on the profiles, competitors, influencers and posts you choose, scores each engager's buying intent, and delivers qualified leads to your tools.
2. Acceptable use
- You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms for any account you connect.
- Use Sygnals for legitimate B2B outreach only. No harassment, spam, or unlawful use.
- Don't resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its rate limits.
3. Accounts & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; one credit is consumed per engagement captured. Overage and credit packs apply as described on the pricing page. You can cancel or change plans at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Your data
The leads and data you capture are yours. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sygnals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in São Paulo, unless otherwise required by local law.
